We have a fleet of good solid cars, all recent models, that will provide all of your touring needs. These cars are all monitored via GPS for safety, and a 24-hour hotline is available if you have any issues with your car. The cars are also fitted with dash cams, with the information available to you upon the return of your car.

FAQS
The official Drivers License from your country of residence along with your Passport is adequate. The License must be valid for the entire duration of the rental period.
The Renter must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid Drivers License from the country of residence, and hold a major Credit Card in his/her name. If there is a requirement for a Driver younger than the specified age there will be an additional charge of PHP110 p/day in addition to the regular rate.
All Car Rental reservations confirmed are to be paid directly to Paradise Car Rentals at the time the Car is collected (picked up). Payment is accepted via major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc) Cash is also accepted on agreement during the reservation.
No. All Renters must present and valid Credit Card as a form of Payment Guarantee at the time the Car is collected however the Renter may choose to pay by cash at the end of the Rental Period, when the Car is returned.
The only Documents that the Renter will receive at the time of pick up will be the Rental Agreement Contract. All necessary information pertaining to the Car Registration which may need to be presented to local authorities if requested will be included in the Rental Agreement and located in the Car.
An additional driver is a person authorised to drive the Car other than the primary driver (Renter). All additional drivers must meet the rental qualifications with respect to age and licensing. One additional driver can be added at no additional cost however an additional cost of PHP110 p/day p/additional driver for additional drivers over the agreed 2.
Child Seats can be rented for PHP 150 p/day per child. A Child Seat can be requested at the time of reservation request or at time of pick up.
At the time of pick up the Car will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. It is expected that the Car is returned with a full tank of fuel. If the car is returned without a full tank the Renter will pay for the fuel plus re fueling service charge.
No, reservations may be cancelled up to the scheduled time of pick up.
No, If there is an intention to explore a different Island other than the location on the Rental Agreement arrangement will be made to provide another Car on the destination Island if the fleet is available.
The period Rental Rates shown on the Reservation Confirmation are the actual total costs. It should be noted that if the Reservation has a promotion discount this will nly be active for the period of the Promotion. It is recommended to agree to allow the Rental Agreement to be finalised before the Promotion Period expires.
